When this option is selected, Cingular Communication Manager will never

attempt to connect to a network that is not part of Cingular's home

network.

Rules Engine Tab

The Rules Engine tab allows you to specify the conditions under which the

Cingular Communication Manager will attempt to switch from one type of

connection to another type of connection. For specific information, please

click on the part of the dialog that you are interested in.

Note: In the “Rules Engine” Tab, GPRS refers to all GSM connectivity

and not GPRS networks specifically.
